Becoming Americans: The Shapiro Story
The other modules of the project are reasonably straight forward. The Photographic Archive contains full screen images of all of the original images used within the multimedia presentations. Captions are also included for each photograph explaining what they are of and where they came from. The Oral Histories section (above) contains several short text quotes and articles. There are also some short video segments presented using QuickTime. The Scholarly Essays section resembles the functionality and layout of the Oral Histories section, but contains the text from two articles written by two historians. |
